Organizational Behavior: A Major Shakeup In Senior Leadership
[ send me this paper ]
12 pages in length. The inevitable change taking place at this company has created an atmosphere of employees who are ill at ease with the idea of modifying something they are used to, feel comfortable with and are hesitant to alter. Unfortunately for them, however, the choice is out of their hands in light of the fact that the company's new CEO, Laura Boden, envisions a more productive and cohesive organization by implementing change, a word that creates a knee-jerk reaction when imposed upon those who see no immediate need for it. Boden's attributes and past experience speaks for ability to enact organizational change in a positive, effective manner while working toward making the transition as unproblematic and straightforward as possible. Along with Boden is VP of Marketing, RJ Patel, whose equally first-rate expertise will establish a strong duo focused upon organizational improvements. One of the greatest challenges they face is getting the employee base to share their vision of how the company and workers alike will benefit from this forward-moving objective, inasmuch as today's companies must direct their collective attention toward building relationships and embarking upon new innovative ideas while at the same time upholding the organization's integrity. Bibliography lists 10 sources.

Organizational Change
[ send me this paper ]
A 9 page paper. Many have said that the only constant in life is change. This has certainly been true in the world during the last twenty and more years. Organizational Change and Its Impact on the Classical
Bureaucracy
[ send me this paper ]
This 9 page report discusses the fact that
organizational change in the past several decades has been both
profound and broad-based. Organizations throughout the world
have evolved in ways that demonstrate that even though management
theorists or professors have determined that there is one “right”
way to effectively organize a business should not suggest that
there is only one right way. One of the most obvious of changes
in organizational design has been the switch from a rigid,
hierarchical structure to a more fluid, free-formed one. Such a
process has served to disrupt the traditional form of
bureaucracies and cause managers of all types to reconsider their
organizations’ structures. Bibliography lists 7 sources.
