The focus targets families in West Harlem, New York, with children under five years old for the purpose of educating parents in better nutrition thus improving children's nutrition. Other objectives include providing parents with workable techniques; build a sense of empowerment among participants; positively affect long-term health by avoiding/reducing obesity and avoiding its complications; and have fun in the process.
