[ send me this paper ]
A 5 page paper discussing the differences. Elections in many of the world's nations dissolve into riots and can be more devisive than unifying. The primary difference between elections in these two nations is that the US has had many more years of constitutional evolution than has Turkey, resulting in better-defined rules of procedure and in a greatly reduced number of political parties.
